Quartz Overview

Quartz is best understood as a dependency and UI framework for other UI-focused MODs. Most players should not install it blindly; install it when a target MOD clearly requires it.

Before You Install

Start from the target MOD. If a UI MOD names Quartz as a dependency, follow that MOD's version requirement.
Check load order. Frameworks can fail quietly when installed in the wrong place or paired with mismatched files.
MOD authors should document scope. If you build against Quartz, tell players what version and side are required.
Keep rollback simple. Remove dependent UI MODs together when testing conflicts.
